MASTERSANKER LLC
TERMS OF SERVICE, BILLING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Applies to MasterSanker.com, member areas, subscriptions, digital products, programs and related services
Last Updated: October 5, 2026
IMPORTANT: These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MasterSanker LLC. By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or product, or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the Services.
1. Company and Scope
These Terms of Service, Billing & Cancellation Policy (“Terms”) govern the use of MasterSanker.com and any websites, member areas, dashboards, digital products, subscriptions, courses, learning materials, tools, member-only content, communities, rewards programs, Gift Club features, mentorship or coaching services if offered, affiliate or referral programs if offered, promotions, and other services provided by MasterSanker LLC (“MasterSanker,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are below the age at which you may independently enter into contracts, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use and purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate account and billing information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity occurring through your account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, rented, or shared unless we expressly permit it in writing.
3. Services and What You Are Purchasing
Depending on the offer selected, the Services may include subscription access to platform-provided video courses, structured learning materials, practical tools, guided learning resources, member-only content, platform updates, progress milestones, additional resources, rewards-related features, Gift Club features, community access, coaching or mentorship, and other digital benefits described on the applicable sales or checkout page. Features may vary by plan, location, availability, promotion, and time. Unless a specific feature is expressly guaranteed in writing at checkout, no specific mentor, response time, personal interaction, reward, gift, prize, business opportunity, financial outcome, or other result is guaranteed.
4. Current Subscription Plans and Automatic Renewal
MasterSanker.com currently advertises subscription options that may include: (a) introductory access at $1 for the first month, renewing automatically at $19 per month thereafter until cancelled; (b) monthly access at $19 per month, renewing automatically each month until cancelled; and (c) yearly access at $199 per year, renewing automatically each year until cancelled. Prices shown at checkout control if they differ from this policy because of a lawful promotion, localization, tax, or future price update. By completing a recurring purchase, you expressly authorize MasterSanker LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed price and frequency until you cancel. Taxes, foreign-exchange charges, card-issuer charges, or payment-provider fees may apply where relevant.
5. Clear Consent to Recurring Charges
Before recurring billing begins, the checkout should disclose the recurring nature of the subscription, the amount charged today, the amount and frequency of future charges, and how to cancel. By placing the order after those disclosures, you give express informed consent to recurring billing. You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if you do not want another charge.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time using the cancellation method made available in your account, checkout provider, website, or by contacting becometothemaster@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not retroactively reverse a charge that was validly processed before the cancellation became effective. Access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period. We will honor any additional cancellation rights required by mandatory consumer law.
7. Refund Policy
Because many Services provide immediate access to digital content, courses, tools, resources, or member areas, payments are generally final and non-refundable after access or performance has begun, except where applicable law requires a refund or where a specific written offer expressly provides a refund guarantee. A customer's decision not to log in, watch content, complete lessons, use available tools, participate in a community, contact support, attend optional activities, or otherwise use purchased access does not by itself mean the Service was not delivered and does not automatically create a right to a refund. Duplicate charges, billing errors, or legally required refunds will be reviewed and handled appropriately.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact becometothemaster@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. You agree not to knowingly characterize an authorized, accurately described, and delivered purchase as unauthorized, fraudulent, or undelivered. To respond to payment disputes, we may provide payment processors, card networks, banks, and dispute-resolution providers with records reasonably relevant to the dispute, including purchase records, billing disclosures, account-registration information, login and access history, course or content usage, cancellation history, support communications, device or IP information where legally permitted, and evidence that purchased Services were made available. We may suspend access associated with fraudulent payment activity or material abuse, subject to applicable law.
9. Educational and Informational Purpose
The Services are intended primarily for educational, informational, motivational, and personal-development purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written engagement with an appropriately licensed professional, nothing in the Services constitutes individualized financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, medical, psychological, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
10. No Earnings, Business, Audience, or Results Guarantee
MasterSanker LLC does not guarantee that you will earn money, generate sales, obtain customers, build a profitable business, grow a social-media audience, obtain employment, receive investment, recover the cost of a membership, improve your financial position, or achieve any particular personal or professional result. Testimonials, case studies, examples, revenue figures, follower counts, demonstrations, or strategies are illustrative and may reflect individual or exceptional experiences. Results vary based on effort, skill, experience, market conditions, resources, timing, execution, and other factors outside our control. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
11. Coaching, Mentorship and Personal Access
If coaching, mentorship, office hours, Q&A, direct access, or similar features are offered, they provide educational guidance, feedback, accountability, and general strategy only. Unless the applicable offer expressly promises otherwise, such services do not guarantee unlimited access to Master Sanker personally, immediate replies, a particular number of messages, introductions, partnerships, investments, employment, financial results, or any specific outcome. Services may be delivered by Master Sanker, team members, mentors, coaches, contractors, or other personnel as described in the applicable offer. Scheduled sessions may be subject to reasonable booking, rescheduling, attendance, and no-show rules communicated to participants.
12. Gift Club, Rewards, Giveaways and Promotions
Membership in the Gift Club or participation in rewards-related features does not guarantee that every member will receive cash, a physical gift, prize, meeting, opportunity, promotion, or other benefit unless a specific offer expressly says so. Any sweepstakes, contest, giveaway, prize promotion, or similar campaign may be governed by separate Official Rules addressing eligibility, geographic restrictions, dates, selection method, odds, prize details, taxes, and other requirements. Where separate Official Rules exist, they control over these general Terms for that promotion. No purchase will increase the chance of winning where applicable law prohibits purchase-based advantage. Prize recipients are responsible for their own tax or reporting obligations where applicable.
13. Affiliate and Referral Program
If an affiliate or referral program is offered, approved participants may receive compensation for qualifying referrals under the program rules in effect at the time. Affiliate status does not create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or fiduciary status. Affiliates must make legally required advertising disclosures, accurately represent the Services, comply with marketing and consumer-protection laws, and avoid spam, deception, impersonation, fake testimonials, misleading income claims, self-referrals where prohibited, or fraudulent transactions. Commissions may be withheld, reversed, or cancelled for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate transactions, tracking manipulation, prohibited marketing, or violations of program rules.
14. License to Use Digital Content
A purchase gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the applicable Services for your own lawful use during the access period. You do not acquire ownership of our videos, courses, methods, lesson structures, graphics, text, documents, designs, recordings, trademarks, community materials, software, or other intellectual property.
15. Prohibited Copying and Redistribution
Unless we expressly authorize it in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, record, download where downloading is disabled, redistribute, resell, publicly display, republish, upload to another platform, share paid content, share login credentials, scrape, systematically extract, reverse engineer, circumvent access restrictions, or create a competing commercial product substantially derived from protected MasterSanker materials. Unauthorized access sharing or redistribution may result in suspension or termination and may expose the user to legal claims.
16. Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, branding, trademarks, logos, videos, course materials, graphics, designs, text, software, educational frameworks, and recordings are owned by or licensed to MasterSanker LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Master Sanker,” “Become The Master,” associated logos, and distinctive brand elements may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization.
17. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, contact becometothemaster@gmail.com with identification of the copyrighted work, identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and information reasonably sufficient for us to evaluate the complaint. We may remove or restrict material when appropriate and may request additional information needed to process a complaint.
18. Community and User Conduct
If interactive features, forums, groups, comments, chats, or community spaces are available, users must act lawfully and respectfully. You may not harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, impersonate, defraud, spam, distribute malware, collect other users' data without authorization, publish private information, infringe third-party rights, promote unlawful activity, or interfere with platform operation. We may moderate or remove content and restrict access for material violations.
19. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of original content you voluntarily submit. By submitting content to areas designed for sharing, you grant MasterSanker LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically process the content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the relevant Services. Promotional use of an identifiable testimonial, image, or video may require separate permission where applicable law requires it. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content.
20. Testimonials and Marketing Examples
Testimonials and success stories represent the experiences of the individuals shown and do not guarantee that another customer will achieve the same or similar results. We will not knowingly present a fabricated customer testimonial as genuine. Any compensated endorsement or affiliate promotion should be disclosed as required by applicable advertising law.
21. Third-Party Platforms and Providers
The Services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, authentication, analytics, email, video delivery, communications, community functions, fraud prevention, and other infrastructure. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or conduct of third-party systems outside our reasonable control, although we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places directly on MasterSanker LLC.
22. Service Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, reorganize, replace, or discontinue features, content, tools, instructors, or platform components. Reasonable changes that preserve substantially equivalent paid access do not by themselves constitute non-delivery. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, internet failures, cyber incidents, payment-network outages, hosting failures, governmental action, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
23. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has materially violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, abused payment systems, compromised platform security, harassed others, infringed intellectual property, shared paid access without authorization, or created material legal or security risk. Mandatory consumer or refund rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT THEY MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW US TO EXCLUDE.
25. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MASTERSANKER LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, MENTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MASTERSANKER LLC FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.
26. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MasterSanker LLC and its personnel from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent conduct, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
27. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that cannot legally be waived, disputes that must be litigated will be brought in state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
28. International and Mandatory Consumer Rights
The Services may be purchased by customers in different jurisdictions. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that applicable law does not allow a consumer to waive. If a mandatory local consumer-protection rule conflicts with a provision of these Terms, the mandatory rule applies to the extent of the conflict and the remainder of the Terms remains effective.
29. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, law, security, payment methods, or business practices. The current version will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Where applicable law requires advance notice or renewed consent for a material change, we will provide it.
30. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive our right to enforce it later.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy & Cookie Policy, any applicable checkout disclosures, and any specific written Official Rules or product terms, constitute the agreement governing the applicable Services and supersede prior inconsistent statements about those Services to the extent permitted by law.
